Governance
Governance status
No governance systemToken has no governance role
Lumous has no DAO, no voting and no treasury, and its token carries no governance rights; none is planned without a separate, approved specification. Voting and proposals stay disabled until a real governance system exists.
Who controls what
- The contract is immutable. It has no admin, no upgrade path and no protocol-wide pause.
- Each workflow is governed by its own roles: an owner (configuration, ownership transfer, unpause), guardians (recovery proposals and approvals) and executors (checkpoint submission), under that workflow's recovery policy.
- No Lumous-controlled key can rewrite checkpoint history or authorise recovery for anyone else's workflow.
- The specification changes only through recorded decisions in the repository.
What does not exist
- No governance token, airdrop or token sale. Anything claiming to be an Lumous token is not from this project.
- No treasury and no protocol fees.
- No on-chain proposals or voting.
